Location
The Happy House is located at the foothills of the great Eastern Himalayas, 30km south of Mt. Everest as the crow flies, in a small Himalayan village named Phaplu. The Happy House can be reached by plane, helicopter or by road. The Happy House has its private helipad. Planes land at Phaplu airport, 10 minutes’ walk from the Happy House.

What To Expect?
No TV, no telephone, nor minibar. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, working desk and chair, bedside lamps for reading and power outlets. A good mobile phone network. Free WiFi available throughout the property. The beds are made with mattresses, duvets, pillows, cotton sheets, and topped with cashmere blankets. Sheets will be changed every three days (or upon request).

Also, the kitchen is accessible, if you would want to cook, take part in the preparation or just observe and learn Nepali recipes.
Children
Travel stay is free for children under 05 years of age. Child rate will be applicable from 05-17 years of age. Adult rates are applicable from 18 years and above. A full time nanny for the children under 05 years of age will be available. We have several outdoor spaces for games, a trampoline and a bike/skate park. While indoors: various board games, kids library and crafting activities.
